Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a large-scale enterprise infrastructure transformation initiative centered around VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) 9.x. This role requires a strategic project leader with a strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure modernization and the ability to manage complex cross-functional programs in a highly regulated environment.

This is not a hands-on technical implementation role. Instead the ideal candidate will provide program governance executive-level communication stakeholder management and end-to-end delivery leadership across multiple infrastructure workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end planning execution and governance of a large-scale VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) 9.x transformation program.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across infrastructure networking security cloud platform engineering and operations.
• Establish and manage project governance including steering committee meetings executive reporting RAID logs risk management and status communications.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans schedules resource allocations budgets and delivery milestones.
• Identify project risks dependencies and issues while driving mitigation strategies and ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with executive leadership technical architects and business stakeholders to align project objectives with organizational priorities.
• Monitor project progress ensure adherence to timelines and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
• Drive program execution across multiple data centers and geographically distributed teams.

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of Project/Program Management experience leading enterprise infrastructure initiatives.
• Strong understanding of VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) concepts and enterprise virtualization environments.
• Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure cloud migration or data center transformation programs.
• Demonstrated success managing cross-functional technical teams in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in project governance executive stakeholder management budgeting scheduling and risk management.
• Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills.
• Experience working within highly regulated enterprise environments is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise cloud transformation virtualization or infrastructure modernization initiatives.
• Familiarity with Agile Waterfall or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• PMP PgMP PMI-ACP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
