What You ll Do
MIG weld basic steel joints
Be able to teach MIG weld basic to others
Basic cart assembly
Maintain productivity and quality through self-inspections.
Uphold company ethics and safety standards.
What You Bring
Ability to read and write in English.
Proficiency with tape measures and basic tools.
2 years of welding experience (preferred).
Strong understanding of safety protocols.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Moderate noise level in a manufacturing setting.
Regular communication hand use and occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs).
Ability to stand walk climb kneel and focus visually.
