Job Title: Manufacturing Welder

Location: Florence KY 41042
Shift: 1st Shift Monday to Thursday 4:00 AM 2:30 PM (Mandatory Friday overtime as needed)

Pay Rate: $25.00 - $32.00/hour ($52000 - $66500 annually)

Job Summary

The Manufacturing Welder is responsible for preparing fitting welding and finishing metal components according to blueprints drawings and welding procedures while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare fit tack weld and finish metal assemblies.
• Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols.
• Perform GMAW (MIG) GTAW (TIG) FCAW and plasma cutting.
• Apply flame straightening techniques when required.
• Operate welding equipment and hand/power tools.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards.
• Follow welding procedures specifications and safety guidelines.
• Identify equipment or material issues and report them.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist and guide other welders as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0 3 years of welding experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills (email online training certifications).
• Good communication skills.
• Must live within commuting distance of Florence KY.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MIG (GMAW) TIG (GTAW) FCAW and plasma cutting.
• Knowledge of flame straightening.
• Ability to weld in multiple positions following company procedures.
