Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist with strong exposure to plant HR operations from pharmaceutical or manufacturing industries. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end HR activities and supporting corporate HR operations while coordinating closely with plant teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR generalist activities for plant and corporate functions
- Handle employee lifecycle management including onboarding confirmation transfers and exit formalities
- Coordinate recruitment activities for plant and support functions
- Manage attendance leave records and HR documentation
- Support payroll inputs and statutory compliance coordination
- Handle employee engagement and grievance management activities
- Maintain HRMIS and employee records
- Ensure implementation of HR policies and company procedures
- Coordinate performance management and appraisal processes
- Support training and development initiatives
- Handle disciplinary matters and employee relations
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and HR support
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR audit requirements

- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification
- Relevant experience in Plant HR / Manufacturing HR environment is mandatory
