Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented PMT Executive / Manager with experience in the Gynaecology or Vaccine division. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies driving brand growth and supporting field teams through effective promotional and training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand strategies to achieve business objectives and market share growth.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns promotional inputs and scientific activities for assigned brands.
• Conduct market analysis competitor tracking and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare and manage promotional materials including visual aids brochures digital content and campaign tools.
• Organize CMEs webinars conferences and doctor engagement programs.
• Train and support sales teams through product training cycle meetings and field visits.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales medical regulatory and supply chain for smooth brand execution.
• Monitor product performance and prepare periodic sales and market analysis reports.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources.
• Build strong relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals in the gynae or vaccine segment.
