Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to drive domestic intermediate sales across key markets and customer segments. The role involves managing existing customers developing new business opportunities strengthening channel relationships and achieving revenue and margin targets for the intermediates business.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive domestic sales of intermediates/products across assigned territories and customer accounts.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve volume revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the domestic market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers distributors and channel partners.
- Conduct regular customer visits technical-commercial discussions and negotiations.
- Monitor market trends competitor activities pricing and demand forecasts.
- Coordinate with production supply chain finance and technical teams for seamless order execution.
- Prepare sales forecasts MIS reports pipeline updates and market intelligence reports.
- Support product positioning pricing strategy and customer retention programs.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry Chemical Engineering Pharmacy Business or related field.
- Prior experience in intermediates specialty chemicals APIs pharma raw materials or allied sectors preferred.
- Good understanding of domestic market dynamics and customer management.
