Job Summary

Requisites:
- Experience in derivatives prime brokerage OTC documentation and capital markets
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Team handling experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Draft review negotiate and execute ISDA CSA equity swaps/options and related agreements
- Handle documentation for OTC derivatives stock lending prime brokerage and cash trading transactions
- Coordinate with Legal Risk and internal stakeholders for approvals and documentation support
- Manage agreement lifecycle contract databases and client coordination
- Lead and mentor the documentation team and support process improvement initiatives
