Job Title: Cyber Security Specialist Digital Workplace (GRC)

Location: Bangalore / Pune (Hybrid)

We are looking for a Cyber Security Specialist with strong experience in Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) Information Security Vulnerability Management and Cyber Risk. The ideal candidate will support Digital Workplace security initiatives by performing risk assessments managing audit findings driving remediation activities and collaborating with Microsoft 365 Endpoint and ServiceNow teams. This is a governance-focused role (70%) with technical exposure (30%).

• Perform cybersecurity risk assessments for projects and IT solutions.

• Manage vulnerability remediation and track security risks.

• Support internal and external security audits and compliance activities.

• Develop review and maintain security policies standards and procedures.

• Collaborate with Microsoft 365 Endpoint (Intune) and ServiceNow teams on security initiatives.

• Support cybersecurity incident remediation in coordination with security teams.

• Manage security exceptions and remediation plans.

• Monitor security KPIs and compliance metrics.

• Work with stakeholders across IT Security and Business teams.
