Be a part of a community of experts committed to ensuring quality affordable healthcare worldwide.This role supports internal training and communications by developing managing and delivering high-quality content across multiple channels. The position focuses on strategy-driven communication and content creation while partnering closely with internal stakeholders and training owners.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Develop and deliver strategy-driven communications and training content across written visual and multimedia formats.
- Produce and manage video and podcast content end to end (scripting production editing).
- Own or support internal communication training and content management platforms and tools.
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver accurate accessible on-brand messaging including ethics-related communications and training.
- Track analyze and report on communication metrics to measure effectiveness and drive improvements.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree
- Strong writing storytelling and presentation design skills (PowerPoint slide decks).
- Multimedia production expertise including video editing podcast production and visual branding.
- Digital communications and marketing tools (Salesforce Cloud web design CMS).
- Training delivery capabilities including live facilitation and familiarity with digital training tools (e.g. Synthesia).
