Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Identify new market opportunities and lead business development efforts
Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends
Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery
Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports for management
Provide training and support to the sales team to improve performance
Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the investment banking or venture capital sector
Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and analytics
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a sales team
Experience in developing sales strategies and business development plans
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
