Pay: $20 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday
- Lead daily instruction in a GSRP preschool classroom
- Implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with program requirements
- Support school readiness through early literacy math and social-emotional learning
- Maintain a structured engaging and nurturing classroom environment
- Document and track student progress in accordance with GSRP standards
- Communicate regularly with families regarding development and classroom activities
- Collaborate with assistant teachers and center leadership
- Ensure compliance with Michigan licensing and GSRP program requirements
- Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or related field required
- Valid teaching certificate with Early Childhood endorsement preferred
- Must meet Michigan GSRP Lead Teacher qualification requirements
- Prior preschool or GSRP classroom experience preferred
- Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practice
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Competitive hourly pay of $20 per hour
