Job Summary
Veolia is currently searching for a reliability engineer to support our Minnetonka MN plant. Water purification is a growing business which addresses the ever-increasing need for clean water. Duties & Responsibilities:
Drive and conduct Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) analysis across the plant
Develop and implement maintenance and reliability strategies within Veolias corporate Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Define track and report on plant reliability KPIs: Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) Planned Maintenance Percentage (PMP)
Monitor and track key equipment reliability strategies such as condition monitoring equipment mapping non-destructive testing (NDT) and visual inspections.
Lead the implementation of predictive technologies including vibration analysis ultrasonic analysis thermography PdMA oil analysis corrosion detection and dissolved gas analysis
Perform & document equipment criticality analysis in support of an effective critical spares strategy
Lead technical incident investigations through Root Cause Analysis (Cause Mapping/Fault Free Diagram/5Whys/Cost Benefit Analysis) and implementation of recommended solutions
Analyze data to identify reliability trends forecast risks and drive improvements in equipment uptime cost and safety
Support in establishing maintenance job plans including shutdowns/outages
Apply technical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment/production issues across multiple production lines working cross functionally with operations engineering maintenance etc.
Develop write and review new process documentation
Champion and lead the plants shift toward digitization owning the implementation of digital reliability tools and technologies
Lead capital projects aimed at enhancing reliability
Develop and implement a lubrication program effectiveness and the hydraulics improvement plan
Supports in developing the Asset Register and Hierarchies
Compensation - The salary range is tied to the market for similarly benchmarked roles. The range is not an absolute but a guide and offers will be based on the individual candidates knowledge skills experience and market conditions as well as internal peer equity. Depending upon all the preceding considerations for the final selected individual candidate the offer may be lower or higher than the stated range: $108k-$128K annually.

Qualifications :
Required:
B.S Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical Chemical or related field)
5 years of experience as a Reliability Engineer Operations Engineer or Maintenance Engineer
Computer literate with MS Office Google and similar software
Good communication interpretation and active listening skills
Experience working in a manufacturing facility
Ability and willingness to wear personal protective equipment for example safety glasses gloves ear plugs and safety shoes as required
Preferred:
7 years of experience as a Reliability Engineer Operations Engineer or Maintenance Engineer
Possession of a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (or similar) certification such as MMP CMRP or CRE
Eligible for registration under EGBC is an asset
Possesses working knowledge of CMMS and data analytics
High motivated dynamic and self-disciplined individual with strong technical competence and excellent interpersonal skills capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team
Lean manufacturing experience
