The Opportunity

QBE Europe isrecruitingfor Business Analystto join a well-established Transformation andTechnologyteam.ThePersistent Business Analystwillprovideportfoliolevel continuity and resilience across the International Markets and Multinational change portfolio. The rolewillmitigate delivery risk arising from Business Analyst absence support shortduration andearly-stageinitiatives and accelerate the creation of consistentAs-Is process documentation.

Your new role

Continuity & Leave Cover

• Maintain essential analysis activity during leave periods to minimise delivery disruption

• Provideshort-termcontinuity support during unplanned or sickness absence subject to availability

• Focus onmaintainingdelivery momentum rather than advancingadditionalscope

ShortDuration &Early-StageInitiative Support

• Support smallwelldefined timeboxed initiatives including:

• Early discovery and scoping

• Exploratory analysis and options development

• Initiative shaping and mobilisation support

As-IsProcess Documentation

• Produce andmaintainconsistentAs-Isprocess documentation across IM and MNL

• Build reusable process knowledge assets to reduce reliance on individual BA knowledge

• Improve portfoliolevel understanding ofcurrentstateprocesses and flows

Stakeholder Engagement & Facilitation

• Facilitate workshops to support discovery shaping and stakeholder alignment

• Engage effectively with a wide range of business and technology stakeholders

About you

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting multiple initiatives or portfolios

• Strong experience across discoveryshapingandearly deliveryphases

• Quicktobuild understanding of unfamiliar business areas operatingprocessesand key stakeholders

• Comfortable reprioritising and moving between concurrent initiatives asneeded

• Strong requirements elicitationanalysisand documentation skills

• Experience producingAs-Isprocess documentation

• Confident facilitator of workshops and stakeholder discussions
