Job Summary

Maintain accuracy of Workload Management Application (WMA) by performing daily updates within the application upon receiving job updates from project management teams.
Maintain up-to-date documentation of all internal processes. Record meeting minutes and action items for meetings with construction and project management teams.
Develop monthly calendars for all Resource Forecasting due dates.
Support PC II and project team on monthly data validation for jobs submitted through the monthly Construction Allocation Process (CAP).
Support PC II and project team on development of monthly PowerPoint presentations with current months metrics and updates.
Create data extracts of current months Construction Allocation Process (CAP) data in Excel with proper formatting to be sent to construction teams.
Draft and send all pre & post-meeting emails to project management and construction teams
Facilitate Construction Allocation Process (CAP) preparation meetings Schedule meetings and maintain meeting calendar with direction from leadership

Salary Range: $65K- $73K
