Job Summary

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the LPG haulage and downstream oil & gas sector 
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue market share and client base 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with LPG marketers depot operators distributors and industrial clients 

  • Lead contract negotiations pricing strategies and service agreements 

  • Conduct market intelligence to track industry trends competitor activities and emerging opportunities 

  • Collaborate with operations and fleet teams to ensure efficient service delivery and client satisfaction 

  • Prepare and present proposals business cases and performance reports to senior management 

  • Monitor KPIs revenue performance and profitability of haulage operations 

  • Represent the company at industry engagements stakeholder meetings and networking events 


Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Logistics or a related field (MBA is an added advantage) 

  • Minimum of 58 years experience in business development preferably within oil & gas logistics or LPG distribution 

  • Strong understanding of LPG supply chain haulage operations and regulatory environment in Nigeria 

  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and closing high-value deals 

  • Strong network within the downstream oil & gas sector is an advantage 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools

Working Conditions

  • Based in Lagos with frequent travel to depots client sites and operational locations 

  • Fast-paced target-driven environment 

  • May require extended working hours to meet business demands and client timelines 

Salary

Competitive and commensurate with experience with performance-based incentives.
