Operations Lead
Job Summary
- Lead and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
- Develop implement and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Supervise mentor and evaluate staff performance to drive accountability and development
- Monitor workflow efficiency and identify opportunities for process optimization
- Support business growth by enhancing service quality brand consistency and internal productivity
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with operational standards and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with department heads to align operational goals with organizational strategy
- Bachelors degree in Management Business Administration Administrative Studies or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in operations administration or management leadership
- Proven ability to lead teams manage performance and drive operational excellence
- Strong organizational problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in digital systems and basic financial management principles
- Experience in healthcare veterinary practice or a service-based organization is highly advantageous
