Head of Operations North Asia

Bring your energy to Aggreko as Head of Operations - North Asia based in Tokyo .

You will be responsible for planning execution and optimization of all operational activities to ensure reliable safe and efficient performance. Operational activities include but are not limited to the delivery of solutions to customers repair and maintenance of equipment as well as general depot operations. As a member of the management team support bidding for key projects supply chain activities fleet planning etc.

What youll do as Head of Operations - North Asia:

• End to end responsibility for delivering energy solutions to customers with the right quality cost and time. This includes engineering design equipment delivery and return delivery of services and project management.

• Overall responsibility for all fleet and other assets as well as facilities such as depots and project sites.

• Support MD and drive growth strategy execution together with the sales team.

• Leadership of operational staff talent development and workforce planning

• Operational excellence continuous improvement and innovation.

• Safety across all operations

• Lead and coordinate depot and operations teams in Japan Korea and Taiwan to leverage operational synergies.

• Collaboration with other functions such as sales and procurement to enable overall business success

You are:

• 10-15 years of experience of progressive experience in operations leadership within asset-intensive multi-site environment.

• Preferably experience in leading operations in Aggreko ideally in transactional fast paced fast changing business/ region.

• Strategic thinking and planning.

• Strong Safety & compliance leadership; able to demonstrate all Aggreko leadership behaviours (Courageous Accountable Resilient Driven Inclusive Development minded).

• Strong people leadership and culture building.

• Ability to develop inclusive and collaborative relationships across multiple levels and teams.

• Operational excellence and continuous improvement.

• Financial and commercial acumen understands how operations drive profitability.

• Decision making and problem-solving.
