• Professional software development experience with the ability to participate in technical discussions architecture reviews and code reviews
  

• Experience managing engineering teams of 5 members
  

• Experience in hiring performance evaluation coaching and talent development
  

• Business-level Japanese communication skills (JLPT N1 or equivalent required)
  

• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
  

• Experience leading teams in startup or high-growth environments
  

• Experience designing hiring frameworks and performance evaluation systems
  

• Experience introducing or improving Agile development practices
  

• Experience managing multicultural or distributed engineering teams
  

• Experience working with AI SaaS or technology-driven products
  

• International environment with both Japanese and global team members
  

• English is welcomed but not required
  

• Japanese communication is essential due to the high level of interaction with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
