Manage project timelines ensuring on-time on-budget delivery
Own scheduling crew assignments and workflow optimization
Maintain quality control through regular site visits and performance oversight
Lead and develop field teams and a Project Manager
Train mentor and support team growth as the company scales
Participate in hiring and team expansion efforts
Serve as the primary client contact during construction phases
Manage client expectations resolve issues and ensure a high-quality experience
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and operations teams
Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
Take full ownership of production with minimal oversight

Production Manager Background Profile:
10 years of experience in construction project management or production management
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and teams
Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with scheduling systems and production tools
Bachelors degree preferred
PMP or similar certification is a plus
