HR Associate – Business Partnering & Operations
Job Summary
Role Overview
Were hiring an HR Associate who will work across HR Operations and Business Partnering owning execution of core people processes while supporting team-level performance and employee lifecycle.
This role is for someone who can manage processes end-to-end and also understand business context not just follow checklists.
Key Responsibilities
Drive performance processes (CFRs appraisals probation reviews)
Manage employee lifecycle: onboarding confirmation exits
Maintain trackers dashboards and ensure data accuracy timely closure
Work with HRBPs to identify performance gaps risks and team-level issues
Ensure process discipline and compliance across teams
Coordinate with HR Ops Finance and Business for smooth execution
What Were Looking For
12 years of experience in HR (HR Ops / Generalist / HRBP exposure)
Strong ownership drives tasks to closure without follow-ups
Comfortable with data trackers and structured workflows
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines
Clear simple communication
What Success Looks Like
Processes run on time without escalations
Strong execution with minimal supervision
Clear visibility on employee lifecycle and performance status
