To provide effective dynamic and inspirational support to SEL ERP team and its schools so that they build effective systems and process. The purpose of this position is to ensure sales & marketing excellence in our schools by planning designing and implementing effective systems and policies. Provide seamless support to Shri Educare and its owned/partner schools. Support the current Sales & Marketing team and unit heads in driving various initiatives & deployment of best practices & projects across all units (including overseas) as per the annual plans.
Purpose of the Role:
To support in the sales of ShriConnect by strategizing activities to generate business and visibility for ShriConnect across geographies.
Operating Environment
ShriConnect: a comprehensive IT solution for schools that caters to both academic and administrative processes for the school IT system and impacts all stakeholders - Students Teachers Administrators Parents or potential Parents. ShriConnect is exceedingly becoming a competent platform to look after all IT needs of a school and therefore its sales & marketing becomes a key area in expanding its reach and generating more avenues for its utility. Choosing an effective channel of sales would also be a very important of the role.
Principal Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Market Research & Reaching out to Potential clients
Identify markets / schools where the ERP can be sold.
Visiting schools and make presentations and demo about the ERP.
Meeting with Senior Management / decision makers for closure of deals.
Leading events for lead sourcing and new territory expansions.
Monitoring of ATL/BTL marketing activities and events.
Competitor analysis and developing intel on competitive landscape and competitor strategies.
Tracking of various marketing activities to achieve better ROI and CPI.
Driving and achieving the budgeted numbers
Achieving the planned targets.
Driving revenues for the organization.
Business Development
Carrying out ERP Brand building and Brand Positioning activities.
Assisting the process Head in drafting proposal and ensuring deal closing.
Meeting Clients giving presentations and engaging with clients on behalf of the organization.
Monitor various business development activities and update the respective process Head / CEO on the same.
Monitor business improvement projects on regular basis and look into the strategic and operational initiatives.
Other
Work closely with the IT team for deal closure product improvement and market intel.
Monitor Vendor Management.
Lead Event Management.
Ensure updating of Website and Collaterals with new updates / changes.
Key Expectations:
Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets and able to achieve annual sales target of 6X of CTC.
Have a strong understanding of the school ERP business and competitors.
Capacity to work independently.
