Job Summary

Senior Administrative Coordinator Reunion Giving

Advancement - Annual Fund

Location: New Orleans LA

Summary
The Senior Administrative Coordinator Reunion Giving assists the Senior Director and the Class Officers with day-to-day operations within the unit including travel and administrative support and inventory/supply management.

Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail.
Ability to communicate in a sensitive and courteous manner
Knowledge of standard software applications including but not limited to word processing database management and/or spreadsheet software. Strong communication skills.
Familiar with operation of electronic office machines (phones copiers fax etc.).
Ability to work occasional nights and weekends.
Required Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent.
AND
3 years of office or administrative support experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Extensive experience with Microsoft Office (Word Access and Excel) preferred.
Compensation Information
This position is classified as non-exempt hourly and is assigned to pay grade 24.
