What Youll Do
Prepare proofread and format professional documents reports presentations and correspondence
Coordinate meetings calendars conference calls and travel arrangements
Manage incoming calls emails mail and client communications
Maintain electronic and physical files with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality
Assist with client onboarding and document management systems
Support special projects and department initiatives
Collaborate with administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations
Provide backup support to reception and other administrative team members as needed
Help identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency
What Were Looking For
Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a professional office environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines
High level of professionalism discretion and attention to detail
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in and help where needed
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a professional services environment
Accounting bookkeeping tax or financial services experience is a plus but not required
Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
