Job Summary
The sky is no longer the limit as Nidec takes its technology off the ground and into the Aerospace market.Nidec is the worlds leading electric motor manufacturer and a true pioneer in electrification across a wide array of industries since its foundation in 1973 ranging from appliance and energy infrastructure to ground transportation. Nidec Aerospace is a newly created Joint Venture between Nidec and Embraer which intends to take a leading role in the Electrification of Aircrafts. Job Description
Nidec Aerospace is seeking aSales and Operations Planning Specialist whowill besupporting andoptimizingthe end-to-end sales process.
The position combines hands-on sales administrationexecutionwith sales operationsprocessdevelopment.
This role acts as thecentral coordination pointof the sales organization ensuring operational excellence data accuracy process efficiency and strong coordination between SalesProgramTrade and ComplianceSupply ChainFinanceand Customer Serviceteams.
The individualis responsible for
Design implement and enhance sales processes tools and workflows.
Develop governance and approval flow to guarantee compliance withcontractualterms.
Oversee ordermanagement from orderentryto invoicing and cash collectionincoordination withinternal teams.
Ensure accuracy oforders quotations pricing and customer datain CRM and ERP.
Handle escalations related to orders delivery constraints or customer claims.
Support the monthly/quarterly forecast and annual planning.
Interface withCommercial (pricing contract terms) Trade & Compliance (export control)Supply Chain (order fulfillment delivery)Finance (revenue recognition creditchecksand collection)and Customer Service (claims service levels)
Technical Attributes and Experience
Strong knowledge of sales processesand customer management
Understanding of pricing structuresandcommercial policies
Solidexpertisein order management workflows ERP/CRM data flows and master data accuracy
Ability to produceaccurateforecasts and management dashboards
Ability to collaborate with SalesProgramFinance Supply Chain
MinimumRequirements
Bachelors degree in Business Sales Operations Management or a related field (required)
Minimum 5 years experience in Sales Operations Sales Administration or Commercial Operationsin a B2B industrial environment
Advancedexperience with ERP platforms (SAP Oracle)and CRM systems (Salesforce)
Advanced ExcelandPowerPointskills
Proficient in English
Familiarity with pricing governance contractadministrationand trade compliance
Ability to manageaccuratesalesforecastsandanalytics
