Resumen

Responsabilidades y actividades:

• Monitorear indicadores (KPIs) y objetivos comerciales del equipo de ventas.
• Dar seguimiento a las actividades y agenda diaria de los vendedores.
• Apoyar en el análisis de resultados y detección de oportunidades de mejora.
• Validar la atención al cliente y el seguimiento postventa.
• Apoyar en la generación y actualización de reportes comerciales.
• Dar seguimiento a bases de datos CRM y herramientas comerciales.
• Coordinar la comunicación entre ventas y otras áreas internas.
• Verificar el cumplimiento de procesos y políticas comerciales.

Requisitos:

• Bachillerato concluido carrera técnica o licenciatura trunca/concluida en áreas administrativas comerciales o afines.r
• Experiencia desde 6 meses en atención a clientes ventas soporte comercial administración comercial o actividades similares.
• Manejo intermedio o avanzado de Excel.
• Deseable experiencia utilizando CRM o sistemas de seguimiento comercial.
• Inglés básico (deseable).
