Job Summary
Project Lead- HR Systems
Experience: 8 to 12 years
Location: Noida/ Pune
Education: B.E./ MCA
We are seeking an experienced HR Systems professional with strong domain knowledge and leadership skills to manage HR technology solutions and drive successful delivery of HR transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage HR system initiatives across the HR domain
- Own endtoend delivery of projects including planning execution and governance
- Perform business requirements analysis gap analysis and propose effective solution options
- Manage project activities such as capacity planning risk management and stakeholder communication
- Lead and mentor a team ensuring delivery quality and adherence to timelines
- Act as a liaison between business users HR stakeholders and technical teams
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of HR domain processes
- Handson experience with HR ERP platforms (Oracle PeopleSoft Workday or similar)
- Proven people management and team leadership experience
- Solid project management experience including:
- Capacity planning
- Stakeholder management
- Risk identification and mitigation
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions
- Basic technical understanding of SQL APIs and system integrations
