Key Responsibilities
Own and lead the end-to-end QA function and testing strategy.
Define QA processes standards and best practices.
Prepare test plans test cases test scenarios and test data.
Lead manual and automation testing activities.
Review requirements and identify quality risks early in the lifecycle.
Manage defect tracking prioritization and resolution.
Establish and maintain test automation frameworks.
Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with Product Development and DevOps teams.
Provide quality metrics release readiness reports and test coverage
reports.
Mentor QA engineers and drive continuous process improvements.
Ensure product quality reliability performance and usability.
