We are seeking a Customer Love Admin to support Customer Love Team (Sales Team) deliver high performance reach the personal & company target.

Your responsibility

• Find new quality prospects.

• Handle job posting relating tasks.

• Handle sales operation tasks such as taking and making notes of coming phone calls etc;

• Occasionally interact with HR key person from Vietnams leading IT companies on some assigned tasks.

• Support customers is using our site.

Hard skill

• CRM Software (e.g. Capsule) Entering/updating client and lead data accurately.

• Sales Admin Support Preparing proposals follow-ups client documentation.

• Data Entry & Accuracy Maintain clean well-structured sales records.

• Microsoft Office / Google Workspace Use spreadsheets docs presentations.

• Basic IT & Job Market Awareness Understand tech job roles and hiring needs.

• Professional Communication Handle internal/external communication clearly.

• Lead Qualification Support Help sales team filter and organize leads.

• English Skills Especially good in reading and writing.

• Having data mindset & analysis skills are plus points

Soft skill

• Attention to Detail Accurate data handling and documentation.

• Time Management Organize work efficiently handle deadlines.

• Team Collaboration Coordinate with Sales CS and other functions.

• Proactiveness Anticipate needs and take initiative in admin processes.
