SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Position: Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to generate sales opportunities

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and properties

- Actively promote and market company listings to potential buyers and investors

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

- Negotiate and close sales deals with clients

- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company

- Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and techniques

- Attend networking events conferences and trade shows to expand client base and promote company brand

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends market conditions and competitors activities

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the real estate industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong negotiation and sales skills

- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets

- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office

- Knowledge of local real estate market and trends

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Must have a valid real estate license

- A Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field is preferred
