Role Overview:
As an Architect / Lead Developer you will own the technical direction system architecture and delivery of major platform capabilities across both patient-facing and provider-facing workflows. You will play a hands-on leadership role in designing scalable systems guiding engineering teams and ensuring high standards of performance security and reliability. This role is ideal for a senior engineer who enjoys both architectural ownership and hands-on execution and who is excited to build ML/AI-enabled healthcare products at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Must-Have

• 7 years of professional software engineering experience
  
• 2 years in a technical leadership role (Lead Developer Tech Lead or Architect)
  
• 2 years of experience shipping ML/AI-enabled products
  
• Strong experience designing scalable web architectures including REST and/or GraphQL APIs
  
• Experience with background jobs queues and caching strategies
  
• Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and at least one backend stack ( preferred)
  
• Strong experience with relational databases
  
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) infrastructure-as-code and containerization
  
• Proven track record of improving engineering velocity and code quality
  

Nice-to-Have

• Healthcare domain experience including FHIR HL7 and secure handling of PHI/PII
  
• Experience with real-time systems (e.g. WebRTC LiveKit)
  
• Experience with event-driven architectures
  
• Background in building multi-tenant SaaS platforms with complex permission models
  
• Familiarity with agent-enabled streaming frameworks
