Job Summary

KalSoft is looking for a motivated and energetic Lead Generation Associateto join its growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building client relationships and supporting the companys sales growth initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales communication and the IT services industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling networking email campaigns and social media outreach.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct client interactions professionally and provide accurate information regarding company services and solutions.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations proposals and quotations for clients.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication to convert prospects into customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely response to client requirements and inquiries.
  • Maintain and update customer records sales activities and pipeline reports in CRM systems.
  • Research market trends competitors and customer needs to support business development efforts.
  • Participate in sales meetings training sessions and business development activities.
  • Support the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Represent the company professionally during meetings events and client engagements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree / Graduation completed.
  • 6 Months 1 Year of sales or business development experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • English language proficiency (spoken and written).
  • Basic understanding of IT Services and technology solutions will be considered an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Good negotiation presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic reporting tools
