Job Summary
The Administative Assintant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the family owned landscape company.
This role involves managing office operations handling client communications maintaining records and assisting with various tasks to ensure efficient business operations.
Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls respond to emails and manage correspondence.
Strong communication skills over email and on the phone.
Maintain and organize company files records and databases.
Heavy Data entry auditing files scheduling and invoicing.
Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree preferred.
Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and financial procedures.
Familiarity with the landscaping industry is a plus.
