Ideal Candidate

• Current unencumbered Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
• Ability to effectively communicate and engage with patients/consumers carers and the multidisciplinary health care team and to represent the nursing/midwifery service inside and outside the organisation
• Experience in managing key priorities and delivering successful strategies to deliver service outcomes and KPIs within tightly defined resources.
• Understanding and participation in the implementation of organisational change risk management work health and safety and quality improvement in the workplace.
