Job Summary
An exciting opportunity exists for experienced Physiotherapists to join our highly valued Allied Health team at Epworth Geelong on a casual basis.
We welcome applications from physiotherapists with a minimum of three years clinical experience who are available for regular midweek or weekend shifts. The successful applicants will be appointed at a Grade 1 or Grade 2 classification depending on their level of hospital-based experience.
At Epworth Geelong our physiotherapists provide care across a diverse range of settings including the Emergency Department ICU acute wards inpatient rehabilitation and outpatient rehabilitation services. Patient profiles include but are not limited to orthopaedics neurology cardiorespiratory general medical and surgical oncology pelvic health and pain management.
In this casual role you will support the delivery of high-quality care through coverage of planned and unplanned leave as well as participation in a weekend roster aligned with your availability.
The successful applicant will demonstrate strong clinical capability and the ability to work autonomously across the continuum of hospital-based care. You will also bring a proven track record of positive contributions to high-performing teams along with excellent communication skills and the motivation to add value to our service.

To be successful in this role you will have:
- A minimum of 3 years experience working as a physiotherapist in a hospital setting
- Physiotherapy skills in acute clinical care and/or rehabilitation
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- Proven ability to manage a busy and varied clinical caseload
- Excellent time management skills and a high attention to detail
