Job Summary
Client Solutions Associate
Job Responsibilities:
- Interact with clients to provide information about Extract Wellness hemp-based CBD products
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist clients in selecting the right products to meet their wellness needs
- Process orders and ensure timely delivery of products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote customer loyalty
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize client satisfaction and retention
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients
- Contribute to the development of client solutions strategies to enhance overall customer experience
