Client Success Consultant (Remote)

This is a highly visible client-facing position focused on training support and retention. Youll work closely with sales client service research and product teams to ensure clients are getting the most out of their M3 MI subscriptions. Youll act as both a trusted advisor and product expert helping clients translate data into meaningful actionable insights.

What Youll Do

• Deliver engaging client training sessions to drive product adoption and proficiency
• Build strong relationships through proactive outreach and ongoing support
• Partner with clients during renewal cycles to strengthen relationships and identify growth opportunities
• Respond to client requests and troubleshoot data platform and reporting questions
• Support onboarding and business development with data requests and new client setup
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless client experience

Qualifications :

• Experience in client service account management or a client-facing training role
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex data
• Highly organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
• Analytical mindset and comfort working with data and research products
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in healthcare pharma media or market research a plus

A strong plus:

• Experience in media planning and familiarity with industry tools such as Telmar Nielsen Clear Decisions or MediaRadar.
