Position: Program Management
About Extract Wellness:
Extract Wellness is a company specializing in hemp-based CBD products designed to support overall wellness.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead various programs within the company to ensure successful implementation and completion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define program objectives scope and deliverables
- Develop and maintain detailed program plans schedules budgets and resource allocation
- Monitor and report on program progress identifying risks and issues and implementing mitigation strategies
- Ensure program milestones and goals are met within set timelines and budget constraints
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on program status achievements and challenges
- Lead program meetings discussions and reviews to drive program success
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management or related field
- Proven experience in program management and leading cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication organizational and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Desired Experience:
- 2 years of experience in program management
- Experience in the wellness industry or related field is a plus
