THE ROLE

We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as aProduction Support Engineer / FinOps for a national project.


YOUR DAY TO DAY

• CostOptimization & FinOps Governance Monitor spend identify waste and implement rightsizing reservedinstance/commitment strategies and tagging policies to drive cost efficiency while maintaining performance and security.
• Stakeholder Coordination & Knowledge Transfer Act as the primary liaison between engineering finance and business teams; produce clear postmortem reports run oncall handovers and mentor junior staff on best practices in production support and FinOps.
• Automation & DevOps Tooling Design develop and maintain automated monitoring alerting and remediation scripts (e.g. Terraform Ansible CI/CD pipelines) to reduce manual intervention and increase reliability.

• Proven professional experience in similar roles;
• Solid experience withMonitoring & obvservability;
• Experience withmonitoring tools such as Dynatrace;
• Basic knowledge withLegacy tools such asWebsphere Autosys CFT file transfer;
• Experience with DevOps (Stack) & CI/CD;
• Understanding of Jenkins GitLab CI AzurePipelines Docker/Kubernetes;
• Knowledge of Cloud Platforms (AWS Azure or GCP)- the PM must manage cost scalability and compliance;
• Cloudfundamentals certification (AWS Cloud Practitioner Azure Fundamentals) or demonstrable cloud project experience;
• Fluency in English (written & spoken).
