Junior React Developer $700$1100 USD/month Fully Remote

Hours: Flexible async-first with some UK or US overlap for standups and code reviews
Salary: $700$1100 USD/month
Contract: Full-time permanent
About the company
Remote World is partnering with a UK-based SaaS startup to hire for this role. They build a client reporting platform used by over 5000 marketing agencies and the frontend is their product. Theyre growing fast and need a React developer whos keen to learn and ship real features.
The role
Youll build and maintain frontend features for a React application used by thousands of marketing professionals daily. Youll work from Figma designs write clean component code and collaborate closely with a small experienced engineering team that takes code quality seriously.
What youll do
- Build new UI features and components using React and JavaScript
- Translate Figma designs into responsive accessible interfaces
- Fix frontend bugs reported by users or caught in QA
- Participate in code reviews and implement feedback
- Write basic tests and contribute to improving frontend code quality
What youll need
- Solid understanding of HTML CSS and JavaScript fundamentals
- Hands-on React experience personal projects bootcamp work or freelance all count
- Comfortable with Git and working in a pull-request workflow
- Eager to learn takes feedback well asks questions when stuck
Nice to have
- Familiarity with TypeScript
- Experience consuming REST APIs from the frontend
- Exposure to testing libraries like Jest or React Testing Library
