Position: Process Improvement Consultant (Six Sigma Kaizen)
Location: Oshawa ON (Onsite)
Structure: Contract 12 months to start
Pay:$70.00 - $78.00 p/h inc. HST

Deliverables
- Lead the capture documentation and dissemination of project lessons learned to ensure insights are retained and applied across the organization.
- Analyze project performance data (cost schedule risk resources) and develop reports/dashboards to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain standardized tools templates and frameworks to support project controls and lessons learned processes.
- Facilitate workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to drive continuous improvement and adoption of best practices across project teams.
Experience Required
- 5 years of experience in project controls including scheduling cost management risk management and resource planning.
- Proven experience leading lessons learned initiatives continuous improvement programs or knowledge management practices in complex project environments.
- Strong experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Microsoft Power BI and advanced Microsoft Office (Excel dashboards).
- Experience facilitating workshops and applying continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen.
- Bachelors degree in a related field with PMP certification considered an asset and strong analytical communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
