Experience with mass processing for Billing / Invoicing / Printing
Knowledge of integration of SAP IS-U Billing with Device Management (DM) FICA and CRM
SPRO configuration knowledge
Understanding of Print Workbench
Experience working on project implementation as a functional consultant
Understanding of EMMA clarification cases
