Job Title: SAP IS-U Billing Consultant
Location: Calgary AB - 100% Remote
Employment Type: Fulltime Permanent - FTE

We are seeking an experienced SAP IS-U Billing Consultant with strong expertise in the Utilities domain to support SAP IS-U Billing implementation and enhancement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the complete Meter-to-Cash (M2C) process Billing Master Data SAP IS-U Billing configuration and integration with downstream systems. This role requires excellent analytical functional and communication skills along with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional SAP IS-U Billing solutions.

• Configure and support SAP IS-U Billing processes across the Meter-to-Cash lifecycle.

• Manage and maintain Billing Master Data.

• Execute and support mass processing activities for Billing Invoicing and Printing.

• Configure and troubleshoot SAP IS-U Billing integration with:

  • Device Management (DM)

  • FI-CA

  • SAP CRM

• Work with SPRO configuration and support billing-related customization.

• Configure and support Print Workbench for billing output.

• Participate in end-to-end SAP implementation projects as a Functional Consultant.

• Analyze and resolve billing issues using EMMA Clarification Cases.

• Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot issues using basic SAP ABAP debugging knowledge.

• Work closely with business stakeholders technical teams and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.

• Support testing defect resolution deployment and post-production activities.

• Strong understanding of the SAP IS-U Meter-to-Cash (M2C) business process.

• Hands-on experience with SAP IS-U Billing Master Data.

• Experience with Mass Billing Invoicing and Printing processes.

• Strong knowledge of SAP IS-U Billing integration with DM FI-CA and CRM.

• Experience with SAP SPRO Configuration.

• Working knowledge of SAP Print Workbench.

• Experience working as a Functional Consultant in SAP implementation projects.

• Good understanding of EMMA Clarification Cases.

• Basic SAP ABAP knowledge with debugging skills for issue analysis.

• Utilities industry experience is highly preferred.

• Experience with RTP (Real-Time Pricing) is considered a strong advantage.

• Strong understanding of business process analysis solution design and system integration.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
