Job Summary

About the Role

Were looking for a results-driven sales professional to drive growth for construction and design software solutions across the AEC (Architecture Engineering Construction) ecosystem.

This role involves selling industry-leading tools such as Autodesk Revit AutoCAD Tekla Structures and ArchiCAD to real estate developers architects contractors and engineering firms.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within:

  • Real estate developers
  • Architecture firms
  • Construction companies
  • Engineering consultancies

Drive end-to-end sales cycle:

  • Prospecting Demo Proposal Closure
  • Sell software licenses subscriptions and solutions (BIM/CAD ecosystem)
  • Build relationships with decision-makers:
  • Founders Directors CTOs Design Heads
  • Conduct product presentations and solution demos
  • Work closely with technical/pre-sales teams for solutioning
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and meet revenue targets

Requirements

Required Experience

  • 3-5 years in B2B sales (must have)
  • Experience selling one or more of:
  • BIM software
  • CAD software
  • Construction tech / AEC solutions
  • Engineering software
  • Proven experience selling products like:
  • Autodesk Revit / AutoCAD
  • Navisworks / BIM 360
  • Bentley MicroStation
  • SketchUp
  • Strong understanding of AEC industry workflows

Key Skills

  • Solution selling / consultative sales
  • Enterprise / mid-market B2B sales
  • Stakeholder management
  • Strong communication & presentation skills
  • Pipeline management (CRM tools)

Preferred Background

  • Experience with Autodesk ecosystem or similar partners
  • Prior experience with software licensing / subscription sales
  • Exposure to construction infrastructure or design industries
