Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Acquisition
- Source new Current Account and Savings Account customers.
- Generate leads through field visits referrals and networking.
- Achieve monthly and annual CASA acquisition targets.
- Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Understand customer financial needs and provide suitable banking solutions.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Cross-Selling
- Promote and sell banking products such as:
- Fixed Deposits (FDs)
- Insurance products
- Debit/Credit Cards
- Personal Loans
- Business Loans
- Digital Banking Services
- Promote and sell banking products such as:
- Portfolio Management
- Manage a portfolio of existing CASA customers.
- Increase account balances and transaction volumes.
- Monitor account activity and customer engagement.
- Business Development
- Conduct market mapping and identify potential customers.
- Develop relationships with local businesses traders professionals and corporate clients.
- Participate in sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Compliance and Documentation
- Ensure proper KYC and account opening documentation.
- Follow regulatory and bank compliance guidelines.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Customer Service
- Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.
- Assist customers with banking transactions and digital banking services.
- Provide regular account-related support.
- Reporting
- Track sales performance and business achievements.
- Prepare daily weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Update CRM and lead management systems.
