Job Summary

Location: Albany NY Hybrid Resource is expected to be onsite 2 days per week
Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Analysis & Documentation
  • Elicit document and validate business requirements through stakeholder engagement
  • Develop business requirement documents (BRDs) use cases and process flows
  • Document current-state and future-state workflows
  • Create standardize and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational documentation
  • Support strategic initiatives by translating high-level goals into actionable documentation and processes
  • Data Analysis & SQL Development
  • Write optimize and maintain SQL queries for reporting and analysis
  • Collect clean and analyze structured and unstructured data
  • Perform data validation reconciliation and quality assurance
  • Develop reports dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Excel or Tableau
  • Translate analytical findings into business insights and requirements
  • Document analytical approaches assumptions data sources logic and analytical methodologies
  • Support both technical and non-technical stakeholders in understanding data outputs
  • Align business needs with data solutions and reporting capabilities
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Information Systems Data Analytics Public Administration or related field
  • 5 7 years of relevant experience in business analysis data analysis or related roles
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Experience gathering and documenting requirements and processes
  • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (e.g. Excel Power BI Tableau)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a client-facing environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in healthcare pharmacy programs Medicaid Long-Term Care (LTC) or EVV environments
  • Experience developing SOPs and operational documentation
  • Knowledge of data governance data modeling or ETL processes
  • Relevant certifications (CBAP PMI-PBA PMP or data analytics certifications)
