Electronics Engineer NPD

Location: Dublin California (Onsite)

We are seeking a highly experienced Electronics Engineer (NPD) with strong expertise in embedded hardware circuit design PCB design interfaces motors mixed signal systems and compliance with medical device standards. The ideal candidate will have 10 15 years of hands-on design experience and the ability to lead projects coordinate onsite-offshore teams and deliver high-quality solutions under strict timelines.

1. Define customer needs and requirements.

2. Design and build electrical/electromechanical systems or subsystems.

3. Lead engineering projects and ensure timely delivery.

4. Collaborate with engineers suppliers and customers locally and internationally.

5. Integrate quality processes into project tasks and deliverables.

6. Support project proposals budgeting and scheduling.

7. Deliver products in compliance with medical standards and strict timelines.

• Hardware Design: Analog digital and mixed-signal circuit design; SI & PI simulations.

• Embedded Systems: 8/16/32-bit microcontroller design FPGA high-speed designs.

• Motors & Motion Control: Experience with DC motors feedback systems and motion control designs.

• PCB Tools: Hands-on schematic and PCB design using Xpedition PCB tool (not a PCB layout engineer).

• Medical Standards: IEC 60601 ISO 13485 compliance; experience with medical devices preferred.

• EMI/EMC: Strong knowledge of EMI/EMC design and mitigation methods.

• Testing: Functional module and integration testing; pre-compliance and qualification testing.

• Documentation: BOMs schematics drawings O365 tools; configuration management.

• Soft Skills: Strong communication onsite-offshore coordination positive attitude.
