POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet and assist luxury automotive service customers
Write repair orders accurately and professionally
Schedule service appointments
Communicate repairs maintenance and recommendations clearly
Maintain strong CSI and customer satisfaction scores
Coordinate with technicians and parts departments
Follow up with customers regarding vehicle status
Deliver a premium Mercedes-Benz ownership experience
Build long-term customer relationships
