EXPECTED YEARLY INCOME: $95000 $145000 PER YEAR
Top luxury-brand service advisors regularly exceed six figures especially within Mercedes-Benz environments. Industry averages in Maryland luxury dealerships range from approximately $74000 $100000 and this opportunity is positioned significantly ABOVE market compensation levels for qualified performers.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and assist luxury automotive service customers
- Write repair orders accurately and professionally
- Schedule service appointments
- Communicate repairs maintenance and recommendations clearly
- Maintain strong CSI and customer satisfaction scores
- Coordinate with technicians and parts departments
- Follow up with customers regarding vehicle status
- Deliver a premium Mercedes-Benz ownership experience
- Build long-term customer relationships

MANDATORY TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
All new hires are required to complete all scheduled training in full.
Requirements include:
- 100% attendance mandatory
- No late arrivals
- No early departures
- No missed sessions
- Training is paid and professionally structured
Failure to complete required training may result in disqualification.
INTERVIEW PROCESS
