Job Summary
This position requires Strategies and Executes the entire admission cycle (including outreach and brand promotion). The person is responsible for outreach and brand promotion end-to-end student selection for PGDM programs overseeing profile screening managing CAT/XAT/GMAT/CMAT cutoffs (CAT/XAT cut-offs typically above 75 %ile) CTPI (Critical Thinking & Personal Interview) processes rolling out interview offers rolling out admissions offers admission related payments acquiring & retaining students final selection etc. This role ensures a diverse high-quality batch working closely with faculty to maintain competitive academic standards.
The person is also responsible for Outreach and Promotion (Digital as well as traditional) working with B School Portals & Influencers Social Media Brand Positioning B School Fairs Digital Marketing MBA Coaching Centers Team leadership working with various vendors coordinating with various internal departments ensuring meaningful deployment of CRM generating admission MIS ensuring compliance with AICTE / Regulator etc.
The role calls for a person who can strategize and also gets into operational micro details. Should be very comfortable with Computers Excel and CRM.
Prerequisites:
Should have 12 years of experience with atleast 5 plus years in handing admissions and outreach for MBA students.
Should be a Graduate / Post graduate with strong written / oral communication and extremely proficient in Computers.
