Job Summary
JOB DESCRIPTION:
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Applies advanced knowledge and skills in Sales and Marketing.
Involved in implementation of customer acquisition programmes and distribution strategy.
Independent on meeting operational objectives and requires only general guidelines.
Lead direct and control all sales and marketing functions so activities meet the organisations business objectives comply with regulations and protect the organisations reputation.
Activities may include: market research forecasting pricing marketing campaigns business development activities customer service invoicing and payment administration.
May be involved in negotiating terms of sales with clients.
Responsible for establishing targets in areas such as product mix sales volume market share or business development for own department and monitoring performance of the department against these goals.
