Job Summary

Job Summary

You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution for Valuwares 28-module ecosystem. Youll maintain the product backlog write detailed user stories with acceptance criteria prioritize features and coordinate with design and engineering teams for sprint planning and delivery.

Key Responsibilities / Duties

Product Discovery and amp; Definition

Work with stakeholders to define requirements for different modules

Conduct user research with enterprise IT asset managers procurement professionals and students

Create detailed user personas and journey maps

Define success metrics for each module (KPIs)

Prioritize features based on business value and technical feasibility

Backlog Management

Maintain and prioritize product backlog in Jira/Linear

Write detailed user stories with acceptance criteria

Create technical specifications for complex features (escrow smart contracts barter engine)

Define non-functional requirements (performance security compliance)

Sprint Execution

Lead sprint planning backlog refinement and retrospectives

Coordinate dependencies across multiple squads

Make real-time prioritization decisions during sprints

Validate delivered features against acceptance criteria

Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate trade-offs

Launch and amp; Adoption

Define go-to-market strategy for new modules

Create launch checklists and coordinate with marketing

Track feature adoption and gather feedback

Iterate based on usage data and user feedback
